In this issue of Natural Awakenings (Aug. 2018 issue) some facts were edited incorrectly in the article by Yvette Lynn that I would like to share with you, they are:
My son Sam is (out of) Law School with his MBA and… has sat (July 24/25) for the Florida Bar Exam.
The website tinyswall.com listed in the ‘print’ article as tinywall.co.m and online as tinywall.com
I was disappointed that both AA & Alcoholics Anonymous were used when in the Authorized Version that I proofread and returned I clearly did not authorize the use of those words / abbreviations, but that they be replaced with: friends in recovery and recovery meeting. My disappointment is in wanting to stay in line with the 11th Tradition of AA, which reads: Our public relations policy is based on attraction rather than promotion; we need always maintain anonymity at the level of press, radio and films. (Obviously in this article, I did not). My sincere apologies if this hurts or offends anyone in anyway.
Update: At the time of the this interview I was walking the path of self-publishing. The manuscript of Tiny’s Wall is currently under review with a publisher at this time.
Sincerely and with Gratitude,
Fran Fidler
